Bowtie Chicken Cranberry Salad
1 (16 oz.) package bowtie pasta
1 cup Walnuts (chopped, toasted)
1 ½ tsp. Salt
¾ tsp. Ground pepper
2 ¼ lbs. Chicken breast (cooked, cubed)
1 (5 oz.) package Craisins
¾ cup Celery (chopped)
¾ cup Red Onion (chopped)
2 ¼ cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Vinegar
2/3 cup Sugar
½ cup Milk
2 Tbsp. Poppy seeds
Prepare pasta according to package directions. Combine pasta with walnuts, salt, pepper, chicken, Craisins, celery, and onion. To prepare the dressing, mix the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, milk, and poppy seeds. Add to the salad ingredients and toss gently. Chill before serving. May be made the night before.
