Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole
Ingredients:
1 (24 oz) package of frozen hash browns (thawed)
½ cup Butter (melted)
1 tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper
2 cups Cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 Onion (chopped finely)
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 (16 oz) can sour cream
1 cup Corn flakes (crushed)
Grease dish generously. Mix potatoes, onion, and butter together. Mix salt, pepper, soup, cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Pour cheddar cheese mixture over potatoes and mix together. Top dish with corn flakes. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes to an hour until brown and bubbly.
